The Eurotherm3235Trial is an international, multi-centre, randomised controlled trial which will examine the effects of titrated therapeutic hypothermia (32-35°C) as a treatment for raised intracranial pressure after traumatic brain injury. The trial will enrol 600 patients who are admitted to the Intensive Care Unit. Eligible patients will be randomised to receive either:
